Honest Hospitality founder Gary FX LaMorte has over 27 years of intensive industry experience working for America’s highest acclaimed chefs and restaurateurs. In addition, he has earned multiple formal degrees from The Culinary Institute of America. From the Michelin starred kitchens of Thomas Keller & Andre Rochat to Vice President of the highly acclaimed Michael Mina restaurant group, LaMorte has opened over 46 operations including restaurants, boutique hotels, stadiums, resorts, and food halls.

Over a decade of multi-unit management has provided LaMorte a keen sense of leadership skills necessary for success, facilitating best in class talent sourcing. LaMorte also leverages technology-integrated systems at the cutting edge of the culinary industry to support his teams.

Chef LaMorte is now developing operating platforms to support up-and-coming culinary talents like Mariana Alvarado of Masazul, who is bringing authentic Mexican heritage cooking to Las Vegas, Nevada. Honest Hospitality also operates world-class facilities, including the Las Vegas Raiders’ Performance Center located in Henderson, Nevada. The facility specializes in performance nutrition and recovery programs.
